What do I do if my child is not going home on the bus?
Please send in a signed note with the alternative transportation plans.

What do I do if my child is absent?
Call the attendance hotline at 751-2497 (press 2) between 3:30 PM and 9:30 AM. Please leave a message stating the child's name, grade, and reason for absence.

What do I do if my child is late for school?
Your child needs to report directly to the office to get a late slip.

What do I do if my child forgot his/her lunch?
You may either drop a labeled lunch at the office, or a lunch will be provided by the cafeteria. Please send in a reimbursement the next day.

What do I do if I need my child's school work while he/she was out?
While you are reporting the absence on the attendance hotline, you may request that the homework be available for pick up after 3:00 PM or for it to be sent with a sibling.

What do I do if my child needs to leave school early?
In the morning, please send a note to the teacher stating the time that you will pick your child up.

What do I do if my child needs medication during the school day?
All types of medication must be distributed through the school nurse. A doctor's note isrequired for any prescription medications. Call 751-2497 (press 3).

What do I do if I am scheduled to visit the school?
All visitors must report to the office to obtain a visitor's pass.

What do I do if there is a delayed opening or an early dismissal for inclement weather?
Please listen to the radio station, WADB, WJLK, WOBM, NJ101.5, WBUD, G106.3, WHTG 1410 am and TV station NEWS 12 NEW JERSEY (Channel 12). You can also check the district home page.
