- Students will develop skills to understand letters, letter sounds, letter formation, and trick words.

- Students will explore different types of writing. They will create small moment, informative, and opinion pieces. Additionally, they will be able to take ownership of their work by editing and sharing their pieces with their peers.
Math

- Students will develop their math skills in basic addition and subtraction, measurement, interpreting data, and geometry.
Science

- Students will investigate to following through Mystery Science: Animal Secrets, Plant Secrets, Wild Weather, and Circle of Seasons

- The school day and life in general can be difficult for students to navigate. We will be discussing many scenarios and how best to deal with these situations. We will also learn mindfulness techniques to help calm our minds and bodies.
