Supply List

Dear Parents, 

Welcome to our class.  Please see the items below from our supply list that your child will use daily in our classroom. 

 Thank you for all your support. I am looking forward to meeting your child and working as a team, so we all can have a successful year.   

Supply List: 

*Please bring these supplies with you to school daily in a 2.5-3.5 oversized gallon Ziploc bag. Label the bag and supplies with your child’s first and last name.

• 24 Pack of Crayons 

• Headphones  
• 2 glue sticks  
• 1 eraser 
• 2 highlighters  
• 2 sharpened pencils  

• 1 scissor  
• 2 Black or Blue Dry Erase Markers  
• 1 Pack of 4x4 Post-its 
• 4 colored pencils (1 Red, 1 Green, 1 Orange, 1 Blue) 

**To stay organized, please place the scissors, pencils, crayons, glue sticks, eraser, and highlighter in a fabric zipper pencil pouch.  

Materials: School and Homework

These materials will be used daily.

• Math Text Book  
• Fundations Student Notebook (Monster Book) to study our daily drills.  

• Fundations Composition Book (Sailboat Book) for Writing Workshop  
• Writer's Workshop Notebook (This will be the My Fundations Journal) 
• Math Manipulative Kit (given to your student from me)
• 1 Snack to be packed separately (disposable packaging preferred) with a water
