This year we will be using Seesaw to assign our activities. Activities will no longer be posted on the website. I understand that Seesaw may be difficult for some to access at first so please don't feel pressured. Once you are able to get on Seesaw please complete the assignments. Exercise improves your overall fitness, which can help boost your immune system. The immune system is the body's defense against infections. Our goal is a minimum of 20 minutes of exercise a day! Riding a bike, playing sports, and going for walks are excellent examples of ways you can get your 20 minutes a day! What activities do you do to keep moving!?
