Screenings

•  In accordance with N.J.S.A.:4-15 & N.J.S.A. 18A:40-4, I will be seeing students during the school year for various screenings including height, weight, blood pressure, vision, and hearing. 

•  If any of the screenings indicate further follow-up is needed, I will send a referral home with the student.  If you have any questions regarding the referral, please feel free to contact me in the Health Office.
