Good morning to everyone!
 
As we proceed with our online learning, I am asking students to use our music program, "Quaver."  This is the music program that we use in class every week. The students will have fun trying new music interactive challenges.
 
Go to, quavermusic.com. and click on student interactive. Each class has a Quaver code to use. This will be entered when asked.

      This week we will continue with experimenting. Please go to student interactive but please choose all categories. Now please go to beat bounce. Here they will see if they can match up the main beat of the song with the bouncing character. This should be fun to do. Have them write down on a piece of paper how many times they were correct and include this in their packet. Remember to use the codes for your particular class     Thank you so much.----Mr. Rioux

Hi to all my students and parents,
   
      This week we will continue with experimenting. Please go to student interactive but please choose all categories. Now please go to Epic sound Track. Here they will begin to learn that the string family's the best way to show emotions. This should be fun to do. Place emotions in a box and have them act out their feelings as the music plays. Have them write down on a piece of paper if they felt they were good actors or not and include this in their packet. Remote Learning April 6-8, 2020
 
This week we will continue with experimenting. Please go to the Quaver site and choose student interactive but this time choose music theory. Now go to Find that Beat.  Here they will to to match up the strong and weak beats with each simple tune. They place the black or red balls in the chart and then press check to see if they are correct. This week, as we continue our online lessons, you will have fun playing soccer. Go to Quavermusic.com.Go to student interactive and pick note and rest grab. Here you will be challenge on how fast you can shoot the correct note or rest into the goal. We are trying to get certain notes or rests to keep their image in your mind. Write down how you did and place it in your packet. Remember they have to use their teachers code to get in.
