Mr. O'Brien's Physical Education Page!
Spring Break is just around the corner and you earned it! Make sure to take advantage of the warmer days ahead and get outside and play! In addition to your weekly Phys. Ed. lesson try to go for a bike/scooter ride, play tag, hide and seek or dance to your favorite song. Anything that gets you moving for at least 20 minutes a day is great for your immune system!
Thank you to everyone that has reached out and shared their activities with me! It has been awesome to see what everyone is up to! Keep it coming and enjoy Spring Break!
Exercise improves your overall fitness, which can help boost your immune system. The immune system is the body's defense against infections. Our goal is a minimum of 20 minutes of exercise a day! Riding a bike, playing sports, and going for walks are excellent examples of ways you can get your 20 minutes a day! What activities do you do to keep moving!?
